About Us

I was born in Azle, TX. I still live here. My Dad was a masonry contractor. I helped him as far back as I can remember. I went into business for myself at 17 years old and opened Scott's Automotive which is still going strong today. I did Paint and Body work there for 20+ years and did masonry work on the weekends and evening. Approximately 20 years ago, I decided to make masonry and landscape work my full-time job while letting my longtime mechanic Jamie Lockaby manage my Automotive Shop. I've never looked back. It's been a very rewarding adventure. I still love what I do. I married my wife Angela in 1997 and we had twin boys in 2003, Reese Michael and Ryan Scott. Ryan is going to school and pursuing a wildlife biology degree. Reese graduated high school and from the time he was 10 years old has been helping me when he could and is now a full time employee. He hopes to take over my business at some point and give me a rest!  We specialize in outdoor kitchens/outdoor living areas. But we really can do anything. I pride myself in doing everything, so I don't have to sub anything out. Clients like that because they are only dealing with me from the start of the project to the end.
